Context
The Bjorg Bonneterre group is present on Amazon through 5 brands that are among the leaders in their category and in the organic world, including Bjorg, Gayelord Hauser and Clipper.
The brand initially approached Bizon to evaluate opportunities on its account. The challenge was also to resolve catalog-related issues, such as product organization and brand content.
The objective was clear: to clean up the catalog and open up growth opportunities for the brands, with a broad scope of possible support for Bizon.
Our action plan
Complete catalog analysis (a total of over 600 ASINS in the various markets) to identify the actions to prioritize and the levers to activate. This first step was key to highlighting all the opportunities and potential for growth.
