Context

The brand Weleda was looking for a way to complement its visibility strategy to grow its pool of buyers.

Bizon has been supporting the brand since its launch on the FR marketplace and activates a variety of Amazon Ads products (SP, SB, SBV).

Bizon converted this need into a strategic activation from three angles:

  • Customer Retention

  • Growth of Qa/Na (quantity purchased over a given period)

  • Repeat Purchase Act

Our action plan

Creation of Sponsored Display campaigns with audience targeting.

  • View Remarketing of promoted products

To reinforce message repetition with potential buyers. We know they are interested because they have already visited one of our product pages (7 and 14 days).

  • Purchase Remarketing of promoted products

To work on customer retention. The goal is to encourage new purchases from customers who have already bought or to increase purchase frequency (customers who have purchased within 60, 90, 180, or 365 days).
