Context
Originally, the LUGY brand had no presence on Amazon and very little brand content. Nevertheless, the brand had great potential on Amazon, as the "Magic Tricks" category was under-exploited on the marketplace with top brands whose content was rarely optimized.
The stakes were therefore high: ensure a launch on Amazon in several countries and with a short enough timeframe to be retail-ready before the end-of-year holidays.
Our action plan
Analysis of the levers to be activated and establishment of a retroplanning schedule for a launch before Christmas.
Creation of brand content (visuals, copywriting, SEO, etc.) with optimization and translation for each market.
