Context
Originally, the brand Ôhm didn't exist, and only had a logo. It wanted to launch on Amazon, even though the category was already highly competitive, with well-established brands benefiting from high brand awareness, a well-developed marketing strategy and numerous customer reviews.
By adopting the Bizon Boost method (Analyze, Optimize, Accelerate), the main challenge was to put all the chances on their side to accelerate from the launch and enable Ôhm to quickly stand out from the crowd.
